- This SIM card does NOT work on iPads, Tablets, or any other data-only devices (it is NOT a Data SIM card).
- Please ensure you submit the activation request at least 3 days prior to your arrival date (in local time), to give us enough time to complete the activation request prior to your arrival.
- Any changes to the activation date, will need requested at least 3 days prior to your original arrival date, so we can change the commencement date of your service.

- Please note that your T-Mobile Travel SIM will be activated at 8am Pacific Standard Time (PST) on your arrival date.

This SIM card will work with any unlocked mobile phone compatible with the T-Mobile network.
"Unlocked" means your phone isn't restricted to your Australian carrier (e.g., Telstra, Optus or Vodafone AU). If you're unsure, the best way to check is to contact your Australian network provider directly.

📖 User Manual
- We ship all SIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
- Once your order has arrived,Please scan the QR code provided in the instructions to submit your SIM Number and your arrival date.
- Your SIM Card will automatically activate based on the Activation Date you provide before checkout. If you buy multiple SIM cards, you'll need to add in the Activation Date for each SIM.

- Set New SIM card as primary Data source.
- Disable Auto Data Switching.
- Enable SIM and turn on Data Roaming.

📦 Shipping
- We offer both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.
General Delivery Information:
- Orders are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the following business day.
- Local pick up is available Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm.
- eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement.
Once the order is lodged with Australia Post we have no control over delivery times. For information regarding delivery and estimated delivery times please visit www.auspost.com.au.

- For Standard Delivery, please allow up to 3-9 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.

🚚 Returns
- We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
- The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
- We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
- Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect size selection and misuse.
- No return or refunds if the eSIM card has already been activated.
- Global Starlink may elect to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item for any change of mind or incorrect choice purchases, and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any refunds will be processed minus a transaction fee depending on your payment method:

Domestic: 1.75% + $0.30 AUD
International: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD
- PayPal:
Domestic: 2.6% + $0.30 AUD
International: 3.6% + overseas currency fee (max. $1 AUD equivalent). - If you experience any issues during your travels, we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible within business hours. Please allow us to respond before making alternative arrangements. If you purchase a SIM card from another provider without giving us a chance to assist you first, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions
What network will I be on?
You'll be on the T-Mobile network, which offers excellent 4G and 5G coverage across the mainland USA and Hawaii. In Canada, you'll roam on Rogers or Telus. In Mexico, you'll connect to Telcel or Movistar.
Note: Coverage does not include Alaska or Puerto Rico. For those locations, we recommend an AT&T eSIM.
What speeds can I expect?
T-Mobile offers high-speed 4G and 5G in most areas across the USA, including Hawaii. Speeds may vary depending on location and coverage. You can check T-Mobile's coverage map here.
How do I know if my device is compatible with T-Mobile SIM Card?
Check your device's compatibility with the T-Mobile network using this tool.
Important: T-Mobile can be strict with overseas models. Please check compatibility to avoid issues. Phones from mainland China (e.g. Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi) may not work with this network.
Will I get a phone number with my SIM Card?
Yes – a local US phone number will be assigned when your SIM Card activates. You can find it in your phone settings, or by dialling #686# once active. You may also receive your number via SMS after activation.
Can I get the phone number before I arrive?
No – the phone number is only generated at the time of activation.
Will this SIM Card work on a cruise ship?
No – cruise ships rely on satellite networks, which aren't supported by this SIM Card. However, once you're near a port with mobile towers, your SIM Card will reconnect and work as normal.
Can I use this SIM Card in a tablet or other non-phone devices?
This SIM Card is designed primarily for smartphones. While some tablets have SIM Card slots, we cannot guarantee compatibility on all non-phone devices.
