Dispatch & Delivery Information

When do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders before 12PM AEST/AEDT → Same business day dispatch
  • Orders after 12PM AEST/AEDT → Next business day dispatch

How fast can you deliver?

Express service delivers within 1-2 business days to metro areas. Orders before 12PM AEST/AEDT are prioritised for 4pm mail collection.

eSIM Orders: Sent within 24 hours of receiving the eSIM Activation Request.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Track your order online:

⚠️ Common Delivery Issues & Solutions

📋 "Pending" Tracking Status

Sometimes Australia Post doesn't scan items until delivery.

Example: Standard shipping to St Kilda (3182) takes 3-4 days. If tracking shows "Pending" after 2 days, it's likely still in transit. Contact us if it's been 7+ days.

🔄 Stuck in Transit

If tracking shows your order stuck at one location:

  1. Contact Australia Post directly for status update
  2. If unresolved, contact us for assistance

✅ "Delivered" But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check your mailbox thoroughly
  2. Ask neighbours if they received it
  3. Contact Australia Post for delivery photo/details
  4. Contact us if still not found

✈️ Traveling Soon?

If you're leaving soon and your order hasn't arrived, contact us immediately. We'll help track it down and ensure you have your SIM before departure!
