Things to know
  • Check your mobile phone is eSIM compatible by dialing *#06# to check your IMEI and EID numbers. Once the QR code has been generated, we cannot issue a refund if your device is not eSIM compatible.
  • Please ensure you submit the activation request at least 1 day prior to your arrival date (in local time), to give us enough time to complete the activation request prior to your arrival. We strongly recommend submitting your activation request closer to your travel date to avoid this situation.
  • DO NOT DELETE your eSIM profile under any circumstances after installation. The eSIM profile provided is for a single installation only. Once deleted, we are unable to reinstate, resend, or regenerate your eSIM profile. If you encounter any issues during eSIM installation or face any difficulties using the eSIM after installation, please contact us immediately. No refund will be provided if the eSIM profile is deleted after installation.
  • Should you require an activation on the same day, we're committed to expediting the process. However, please note that eSIM activation is subject to a window of up to 24 hours. Activation might occur at any point during this timeframe. If you submit a same-day eSIM activation request after 2.00am AEST time, it will automatically be processed on the following business day after 9.00am AEST time.

  • Please note that since this provider is a overseas telecommunications provider, you may receive your welcome messages and other account-related messages (such as data balance notifications) in another language other than English. We recommend using a translating app such as Google Translate to convert the text to English for your convenience.
How do I activate?
  1. We send all eSIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
  2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a message with activation instructions (please allow up to 24 hours).
  3. Scan the QR code provided in the instructions to submit your arrival date.
  4. After you have landed please connect to a reliable WiFi network.
    Scan the eSIM QR code to install your eSIM profile (is single use only) and connect to the local network.
  5. Please note steps may vary for difference devices.

When you have finished installing the eSIM, if you find that it is not working, please do not delete the eSIM file. Please patiently wait for the network to activate the new eSIM card, which may take up to half an hour.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery

  • eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement. Please follow instructions provided for eSIM activation.

Returns

  • We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
  • The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
  • We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
  • Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect size selection and misuse.
  • No returns or refunds if the eSIM QR code has already been generated.
  • Any refunds will be processed minus a transaction fee depending on your payment method:
    - Credit Card:
    Domestic: 1.75% + $0.30 AUD
    International: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD
    - PayPal:
    Domestic: 2.6% + $0.30 AUD
    International: 3.6% + overseas currency fee (max. $1 AUD equivalent).
  • If you experience any issues during your travels, we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible within business hours. Please allow us to respond before making alternative arrangements. If you purchase a SIM card from another provider without giving us a chance to assist you first, we may not be able to offer a refund.

About eSIMs

An eSIM is a virtual SIM card. If your device is not compatible with eSIM cards you won't be able to download the eSIM and use it on your device.

All you need is the right device and reliable connection.


Important:

  • You can only use the QR code once.
  • If you delete your eSIM profile you will not be able to reinstall it again. Please do not under any circumstances delete the eSIM profile once it has been downloaded. If you are having any issues, please contact us for assistance.
  • Deleting your eSIM even if there has been no usage will not allow you to be reimbursed.
  • Check that your phone is compatible with eSIM prior to making your purchase, as some phones are not eSIM compatible.
  • Check that your phone is not locked into a service provider.
