    • The Three UK Travel SIM cards are pre-loaded SIM cards. You only need insert your SIM in your device when you arrive in Europe or your Roaming destination to avoid activating your credit before the start of your trip.
    • This SIM card does NOT work on iPads, Tablets, or any other data-only devices (it is NOT a Data Only SIM card)
    • Hotspot/tethering allowed within the UK & EU only.
    • Works in any unlocked mobile phone that supports 3G/4G/5G networks.
    • Please activate your SIM card within 6 months of purchase.
    • The SIM is designed for short-term travellers. If you are travelling for more than 30 days, you can recharge your SIM card by registering your Three UK phone number and logging into the Three UK official website：https://www.three.co.uk/web_top_up

    How do I activate?

    Only insert your SIM card in your device once you have arrived in Europe or your Roam destination to avoid activating your service before the start of your trip. Your 30-day service will commence as soon as you insert the SIM card into your device.

    • We offer both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.
    • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.

    General Delivery Information:

    • Orders are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
    • Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the following business day.
    • Local pick up is available Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm.
    • eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement.

    Once the order is lodged with Australia Post we have no control over delivery times. For information regarding delivery and estimated delivery times please visit www.auspost.com.au.

    • All Standard Delivery and Express Post delivery options will include a tracking number to enable you to track your order here http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.
    • For Standard Delivery, please allow up to 3-9 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.
    • For Express Post, please allow up to 1-3 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.
    🚚 Returns
    • We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
    • The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
    • We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
    • Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect size selection and misuse.
    • No return or refunds if the SIM card has already been activated.
    • Global Starlink may elect to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item for any change of mind or incorrect choice purchases, and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Any refunds will be processed minus a credit card fee of 1.75% + $0.30 service fee incurred during the transaction.
