In the UK, you'll connect to the Three UK network, which provides fast and reliable 4G speeds. When roaming in other supported countries, you'll connect to local partner networks. Speeds may vary depending on location and network availability. You can check the Three UK Coverage Map here.
The primary network is Three UK for use within the UK. Outside the UK, your SIM Card will automatically roam on partner networks available in the 71 supported countries, including Australia.
Your SIM Card includes either 50GB or 75GB of high-speed data within the UK, plus 12GB of data usable across any of the 71 countries. Unlimited calls and texts are included within the UK, within the EU, and from any of the 71 countries back to the UK. Please note calls from the UK to the EU are not included.
Yes, a UK phone number will be assigned once you insert the SIM Card and it activates by connecting to the local network. You will receive the phone number via text message. This number allows you to make unlimited calls and send texts within the included zones.
The phone number is only generated once the SIM Card activates. If you’d like to retrieve your number earlier, you can choose to activate the SIM a day or two before your arrival. Just keep in mind that this will also start your 30-day service period from the moment it’s activated.
No – cruise ships rely on satellite networks, which aren't supported by this SIM Card. However, once you're near a port with mobile towers, your SIM Card will reconnect and work as normal.
This SIM Card is designed primarily for smartphones. While some tablets have SIM Card slots, we cannot guarantee compatibility on all non-phone devices.

No, activation is automatic upon insertion and cannot be delayed or rescheduled.
It's not necessary, however registering on the official Three UK website to manage your account and purchase top-ups. If you wish to do so, you can visit their website here: https://www.three.co.uk/.
Make sure data roaming is enabled in your device settings to use the SIM Card in all supported countries.
Try turning off automatic network selection and manually pick another available partner network nearby for better coverage.
Once the SIM Card is inserted:
Log in to your Three UK account online or through their app to check your balance and data usage. You can also view data usage on your device:
iOS: Settings > Mobile > Current Period (or Current Period Roaming)
Android: Settings > Network & Internet > Data Usage
Yes, you can recharge your SIM Card by purchasing data packs through the official Three UK website after registering your SIM. Please note that Three UK has a Fair Use Policy for roaming: you can use a maximum of 12GB of data while roaming in the EU or other included countries (outside of the UK) within a 30-day period. You won’t be able to add more roaming data until a new 30-day cycle begins.
You can top up your SIM Card via the Three UK website to extend your data and service period.
Yes, hotspot and tethering are supported and will use your data allowance.
First, check your data usage to make sure you haven’t run out, and confirm that you’re in one of the 71 supported country. If everything looks fine, try toggling Airplane Mode on and off, restarting your device, or manually selecting a network in your phone’s settings.

Yes – this SIM Card includes unlimited calls and texts within the UK (UK number to UK number), within the EU (EU number to EU number), and from any of the 71 covered countries back to the UK.
Important:
If you're in the EU and calling another EU country (which is included in your plan), just dial using the full international format. Add the country code before the number you're calling. For example:
Germany: +49
France: +33
Spain: +34
Italy: +39
Remember: these types of calls work only within the EU, not from the UK to the EU.
No – calls and texts to Australia are not included with this SIM Card. This includes both landlines and mobile numbers.
To stay in touch with people in Australia, we recommend using internet-based apps like WhatsApp, Messenger, or FaceTime over Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Yes – you can keep your Australian number while using this SIM Card as long as your phone supports dual SIM. If your phone supports dual SIM, leave your Australian SIM in the device, but make sure Data Roaming is turned off for it. Then, set your travel eSIM as the primary for Mobile Data. This way, you can still receive calls and texts to your Australian number over Wi-Fi or regular mobile signal (depending on your provider) without incurring roaming charges.
