    Things to know
    • Please note this product is for iPhone users only. For Android phone users we recommend purchasing a Physical SIM card.
    • Check your mobile phone is compatible with AT&T by checking your Device here and your IMEI number here.
    • This eSIM card does NOT work on iPads, Tablets, or any other data-only devices (it is NOT a Data eSIM card).
    • Please ensure you submit the activation request at least 1 day prior to your arrival date (in local time), to give us enough time to complete the activation request prior to your arrival.
    • Any changes to the activation date, will need requested at least 3 days prior to your original arrival date, so we can change the commencement date of your service.
    • Please note that your AT&T Travel eSIM will be activated at 8am Pacific Standard Time (PST) on your arrival date.
    • Should you require an activation on the same day, we're committed to expediting the process. However, please note that eSIM activation is subject to a window of up to 24 hours. Activation might occur at any point during this timeframe. If you submit a same-day eSIM activation request after 16:30 PM PST time, it will automatically be processed on the following business day.
    • No hotspot/tethering
    • Data prioritisation rules apply. During peak hours, a small fraction of customers using >50GB/mo. may notice reduced speeds.
    • * For Canada, customers may experience reduced data speeds of 512kbps while using their service.
    • If you purchase a mobile phone in mainland China, like Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi and other Chinese phone brands may not be compatible with the AT&T network.

    How do I activate?

    📖 User Manual

    1. We send all eSIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
    2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a message with activation instructions (please allow up to 24 hours).
    3. Scan the QR code provided in the instructions to submit your IMEI number,EID number and your arrival date.

    📱Install Your eSIM

    After you have landed, please connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and install the eSIM first.

    • Push notification: Watch for a push notification on your device that your AT&T cellular plan is ready to be installed.
    • Donwload eSIM: Tap the notification to donwload your eSIM and connect to the AT&T network.

    🔧 Activate Your eSIM

    Set eSIM as primary data source.

    • Disable Auto Data Switching.
    • Enable eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.
    • Restart your device.

    🚚 Returns
    • We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
    • The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
    • We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
    • Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect Plan selection and misuse.
    • No return or refunds if the eSIM card has already been activated.
    • Any refunds will be processed minus a credit card fee of 1.75% + $0.30 service fee incurred during the transaction.
