    Check Compatibility

    If you’re unsure if you have an eSIM device, dial *#06#. An eSIM compatible device will display an EID number which is 32 digits long.

    Ensure your device supports eSIM and is unlocked. If you receive a QR code for eSIM activation and discover your device isn't compatible, refunds are not available.

    Note: This eSIM is not compatible with Google Pixel devices.

    📅 Submit Activation Date

    • In order to activate your eSIM card, we require a clear photo of your passport and your device IMEI and EID Numbers to complete the activation process.
      * Disclaimer: All personal information collected during the eSIM card registration process is solely for the purpose of complying with legal requirements and ensuring proper identification.

    Please ensure you submit the activation request at least 1 day prior to your arrival date (in local time), to give us enough time to complete the activation request prior to your arrival.


    🇮🇩 Local Indonesian eSIM Requirements:

    • Government Policy: As per Indonesian regulations, tourists must provide personal information, including a passport photo and the device’s IMEI number. This information is required to unlock the mobile device using the IMEI, allowing it to function with local Indonesian networks.
    • Data Privacy: All personal information collected during the eSIM registration process is used strictly for compliance with legal requirements and will not be used for any other purposes.
    • Eligibility: Please note that Indonesian passport holders, even those traveling as tourists, are not eligible to register for this eSIM. The system does not support registration for individuals with an Indonesian passport.


    📷 Scan & Activate

    • Please note you will receive two QR codes via email - the first is to submit your arrival date details and the second is for your eSIM profile. The eSIM QR code is generated and delivered on the activation date provided by the customer and is single-use only.
    • Please do not under any circumstances delete the eSIM profile once it has been downloaded. If you are having any issues, please contact us for assistance.


    💡 Notice

    • Any changes to the activation date, will need requested at least 3 days prior to your original arrival date, so we can change the commencement date of your service.
    • Please note that since this eSIM is an Indonesian telecommunications provider, you will receive your welcome messages and other account-related messages (such as data balance notifications) in Indonesian. We recommend using a translating app such as Google Translate to convert the text to English for your convenience
    How do I activate?

    📖 User Manual

    1. We send all eSIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
    2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with Digital eSIM profile (QR Code) and activation instructions.
    3. Scan the QR code provided in the instructions to submit your Passport and IMEI/EID details as well as your arrival date (or click here).
    4. Please make sure to submit the following details at least 24 hours before arrival:
    • Clear photo of an adult passport photo page (minimum 18 years old) (click here for an example)
    • Screenshot of your phone’s IMEI numbers (dial *#06#)
    • Arrival date (your eSIM will be activated 1 day prior to your arrival date allowing for full 29 days service in Bali)

    Note: One passport is valid for a maximum of two eSIMs only.

    📥 Step 1: Install Your eSIM

    Once you arrive in Indonesia, connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and install your eSIM. Please note that the eSIM must be installed within 24 hours of the arrival date provided. Failure to do so will result in the eSIM being terminated due to lack of usage.

    • QR Code Scan: Use the QR code from your eSIM email.
    • Manual Installation: If QR scan fails, enter details provided in your email.

    📱Step 2: Activate Your eSIM

    After arriving, set eSIM as primary data source.

    • Disable Auto Data Switching.
    • Enable eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.
    • Restart your device.

    💡 When you have finished installing the eSIM, if you find that it is not working, please do not delete the eSIM file.

    Please patiently wait for the network to activate the new eSIM card, which may take up to half an hour.

    📧 Delivery

    • eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement. Please follow instructions provided for eSIM activation.

    🚚 Returns

    • We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
    • The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
    • We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
    • Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect plan selection and misuse.
    • No returns or refunds if the eSIM QR code has already been generated.
    • Any refunds will be processed minus a credit card fee of 1.75% + $0.30 service fee incurred during the transaction.
    • If you experience any issues during your travels, we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible within business hours. Please allow us to respond before making alternative arrangements. If you purchase a SIM card from another provider without giving us a chance to assist you first, we may not be able to offer a refund.

    About eSIMs

    An eSIM is a Digital SIM that lets you activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. For it to work, ensure your device supports eSIMs.

    📖 Key points:
    - The QR code for eSIM activation is for single use only.
    - Once your eSIM is downloaded, do not delete it; reinstallation isn’t possible. Contact us for help with any issues.
    - No refunds for deleted eSIMs, regardless of usage.
    - Verify your device's eSIM compatibility before purchase; not all phones support eSIMs.
    - Make sure your phone isn’t locked to a specific carrier.

    Is my device eSIM compatible?

    Note:
     it is not possible to store contacts on the eSIM as you do on a physical SIM card. You will however, still be able to access the contacts saved in your phone.
