Things to know
  • Activation: SIM must be activated within Australia. Follow the included instructions to complete activation.
  • Recharge & Data Rollover: Recharge before expiry to roll over up to 200GB of unused data.
  • Network & Speeds: Download speeds are capped at 150Mbps. Coverage depends on the Telstra mobile network.
  • International Inclusions: Calls and texts to selected international destinations are included (inclusions vary by provider).
  • Hotspot: Personal hotspot is supported.
  • Expiry: The included plan lasts 28 days from activation.
How do I activate?
  1. Insert the SIM into your unlocked device.
  2. Follow the activation instructions provided with your SIM card. Activation must be completed within Australia.
  3. Provide ID verification as required by Australian regulations.
  4. Select your plan (if applicable) and complete activation.
  5. Wait for confirmation—activation usually takes a few minutes but may take up to 24 hours.
Shipping & Return

Shipping

  • We offer both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.

General Delivery Information:

  • Orders are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Local pick up is available Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm.
  • eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement.

Once the order is lodged with Australia Post we have no control over delivery times. For information regarding delivery and estimated delivery times please visit www.auspost.com.au.

  • All Standard Delivery and Express Post delivery options will include a tracking number to enable you to track your order here http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.
  • For Standard Delivery, please allow up to 3-9 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.
  • For Express Post, please allow up to 1-3 business days from the date the order is dispatched before contacting us. This allows for any unforeseen delays with Australia Post.

Returns

  • We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
  • The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
  • We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
  • Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect size selection and misuse.
  • No return or refunds if the SIM card has already been activated.
  • Global Starlink may elect to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item for any change of mind or incorrect choice purchases, and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any refunds will be processed minus a transaction fee depending on your payment method:
    - Credit Card:
    Domestic: 1.75% + $0.30 AUD
    International: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD
    - PayPal:
    Domestic: 2.6% + $0.30 AUD
    International: 3.6% + overseas currency fee (max. $1 AUD equivalent).
  • If you experience any issues during your travels, we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible within business hours. Please allow us to respond before making alternative arrangements. If you purchase a SIM card from another provider without giving us a chance to assist you first, we may not be able to offer a refund.
