Check Compatibility

If you’re unsure if you have an eSIM device, dial *#06#. An eSIM compatible device will display an EID number which is 32 digits long.

Ensure your device supports eSIM and is unlocked. If you receive a QR code for eSIM activation and discover your device isn't compatible, refunds are not available.

Is my device eSIM compatible?

Activate your eSIM at least one day before your arrival to ensure activation is completed on time. The eSIM QR code must be installed and activated within its valid period and in the intended country; it cannot be modified or extended post-generation. To avoid issues, it's best to request activation close to your departure.

Stable Wi-Fi is required for installation, which should ideally be done a day before travel. Do not delete the eSIM profile once installed, as it cannot be reinstated, and no refund will be offered for deleted profiles.

Same-day activations are processed with a 24-hour window. Requests post-5:00 PM AEST are processed the next business day after 9:00 AM AEST.You may receive messages in a language other than English due to the overseas provider,use a translation app for convenience.

How do I activate?

📖 User Manual

  1. We send all eSIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
  2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with Digital eSIM profile (QR Code) and activation instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Scan the QR code provided in the instructions to submit your arrival date.

📥 Step 1: Install Your eSIM

Within 24 hours before you start using the eSIM, connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and install the eSIM first.

  • QR Code Scan: Use the QR code from your eSIM email.
  • Manual Installation: If QR scan fails,Enter details provided in your email.

📱Step 2: Activate Your eSIM

After arriving, set eSIM as primary data source.

  • Disable Auto Data Switching.
  • Enable eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.
  • Restart your device.

Simple, fast, and ready for your travels!

💡 When you have finished installing the eSIM, if you find that it is not working, please do not delete the eSIM file.

Please patiently wait for the network to activate the new eSIM card, which may take up to half an hour.

📧 Delivery

  • eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement. Please follow instructions provided for eSIM activation.

🚚 Returns

  • We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
  • The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
  • We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
  • Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect plan selection and misuse.
  • No returns or refunds if the eSIM QR code has already been generated.
  • Any refunds will be processed minus a credit card fee of 1.75% + $0.30 service fee incurred during the transaction.

About eSIMs

An eSIM is a Digital SIM that lets you activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. For it to work, ensure your device supports eSIMs.

📖 Key points:
- The QR code for eSIM activation is for single use only.
- Once your eSIM is downloaded, do not delete it; reinstallation isn’t possible. Contact us for help with any issues.
- No refunds for deleted eSIMs, regardless of usage.
- Verify your device's eSIM compatibility before purchase; not all phones support eSIMs.
- Make sure your phone isn’t locked to a specific carrier.

Is my device eSIM compatible?

Note:
 it is not possible to store contacts on the eSIM as you do on a physical SIM card. You will however, still be able to access the contacts saved in your phone.
